FAQ

Which browsers does it work in?

Install it from the Chrome Web Store in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera and other Chromium-based browsers. Firefox and Safari aren't supported yet.

How does it decide what's AI slop?

When a post of 10 or more words scrolls into view, its text is checked by an AI model that looks for the telltale patterns of machine-written text, and a label comes back. Posts from known AI accounts like @grok are labeled right away, in your browser. It's a signal, not proof, so use your own judgement too.

What data does it collect?

Only the post text, which site it's on, and a random install ID. Post text isn't stored, unless you rate a label with 👍/👎: then that post and your vote are kept to improve the labels. No accounts, no profiles, no browsing history. Details are in the privacy policy.

Is it free?

Yes. Each install can check up to 500 new posts a day, which covers normal scrolling.

Does it update automatically?

Yes. Your browser keeps store extensions up to date. If you installed the old zip by hand, remove it and add the store version.

It got a label wrong. What should I do?

Hover the label, click 👎 and pick what it really is. Wrong labels are the most useful thing for making it better. You can also get in touch.
